Ton Steine Scherben: A Unique Hybrid of Psychedelic Rock and Battle Song

چکیده
This article will examine the relationship of anarchist rock group Ton Steine Scherben to tradition German battle song. After setting in context countercultural scene West Berlin 1970s, identify a key song trait group's militant lyrics that, combined with music, are geared towards inspiring direct political action rather than mere critical contemplation. In this respect parallels be drawn approaches radical from 1848 Revolution and Weimar Republic.
